What We Do

The IEC delivers a unique platform for sharing information and developing relationships by bringing together key industry players.

The IEC delivers a unique platform for sharing information and developing relationships by bringing together key industry players. We put you in touch with the brightest and most innovative minds; from industry leaders to the national representatives that comprise our global network, all are vital to the success of the industry as a whole – and ultimately to your business.

The IEC provides representation to both international and intergovernmental organisations, with the aim of promoting the egg industry worldwide as professional, dynamic and responsible; and being actively involved in providing information and helping with global policy formation on key issues of importance.

Remain Informed & Connected

The IEC provides two top level conferences each year; a three day Business Conference, and a five day Global Leadership Conference. These events attract business owners, Presidents, CEOs and decision makers to discuss the latest issues and trends affecting the global egg industry.

Conference Workshops are provided throughout the events to examine and debate relevant and current top of mind issues such as feed prices, production costs, legislation and avian health. We create a business networking programme which gives you the opportunity to meet, and interact with, the decision makers from within the egg industry.

IEC membership includes the leading academic and scientific authorities within the industry, providing you with access to advice, opinion, major international research and analysis of all issues, including the improvement and economy of egg production, reduction of pollution from our industry and legislative compliance.

We have members in over 80 countries around the world. Here are just a few comments provided by some of them.

I joined the IEC to meet like minded colleagues who had a passion for the egg market. A network of friends who face similar but differing challenges within the business of egg marketing, production and processing. The IEC is a worldwide group of friends who are always ready to help each other.

IEC Membership and Conferences offer a wonderful opportunity to meet people from the industry, learn about the latest market developments and make friends in a relaxed atmosphere.

In addition, the IEC enables me to learn more about marketing issues in the egg industry and gives me an idea of where the market is moving in the long run.
